Job Title: Proceed Finance Customer Care Specialist

Job Summary:

The Proceed Finance Customer Care Specialist provides loan service and sales for customers by responding to incoming telephone calls, emails, texts, website contact forms, and other contacts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their financial needs.
  • Handle customer service complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Utilize software and databases to research customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Perform loan transactions and adjustments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Banking and finance experience desired.
  • Background in customer service and sales required.
  • Ability to apply bank regulations and compliance policies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
