Position Summary:
The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role as a marketing expert, facilitating and enhancing various marketing initiatives and projects. This position is essential for the planning and execution of diverse marketing activities aimed at achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with the strategic annual plan to increase market presence and achieve growth targets.
  • Provide daily marketing support to various teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to identify channel requirements and propose strategies to meet sales objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of product imagery and room scene designs that align with brand identity and channel specifications.
  • Manage the production of creative content, including product naming, copywriting, and digital/video assets.
  • Ensure timely proofreading, fact-checking, and formatting of marketing materials for internal teams.
  • Direct the advertising strategy and execution for e-commerce channels, focusing on traffic enhancement and conversion optimization.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate data entry and SEO optimization based on market insights.
  • Assist in organizing and updating digital assets in a centralized location.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new merchandising displays and promotional tools.
  • Support inventory monitoring and reporting for merchandising tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on the production of marketing collateral.
  • Address inquiries related to inventory availability and merchandising approvals.
  • Assist in the upkeep of corporate display showrooms as necessary.
  • Help develop and revise standard operating procedures as required.
  • Influence company policies and procedures to resolve various issues.
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert within the team, providing guidance and feedback to junior professionals.
  • Make informed decisions based on a comprehensive understanding of company and customer needs, as well as industry standards.
  • Identify and implement innovative ideas to enhance business performance.
  • Lead reviews to document and share lessons learned from projects.
  • Collaborate across functions to assess technical and process improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • In-depth knowledge and practical expertise in marketing.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptable to change, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibits professionalism, sound judgment, and resourcefulness in ambiguous situations.
