Position Summary:
The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role as a marketing authority, facilitating and enhancing various marketing initiatives and projects. This position is essential for the planning and execution of diverse marketing activities aimed at driving growth and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns aligned with the strategic annual plan to increase market share and achieve ambitious growth objectives.
  • Provide daily marketing support to various teams as required.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to identify channel needs and propose strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of product imagery and room scene development to ensure alignment with brand identity and channel specifications.
  • Manage the production of creative assets, including product naming, copywriting, and digital/video content.
  • Ensure timely proofreading, fact-checking, editing, and formatting support for internal teams during the marketing material creation process.
  • Direct the advertising strategy and execution for e-commerce channels, analyzing and reviewing products to enhance traffic and drive conversions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of e-commerce platforms, including account updates, asset uploads, and SEO optimization based on market analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain organized and accurate digital assets in a centralized location.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new point-of-purchase display programs and merchandising tools.
  • Support regular inventory monitoring and reporting related to merchandising tools.
  • Work alongside internal teams on the production of merchandising and marketing collateral.
  • Assist with inquiries regarding inventory availability and merchandising approval requests.
  • Help organize and update the corporate display showroom as necessary.
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of standard operating procedures as needed.
  • Influence adherence to company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert within the team, providing guidance and review for junior professionals.
  • Make informed decisions based on a comprehensive understanding of company operations, customer needs, and industry standards.
  • Identify and implement innovative ideas to improve business outcomes.
  • Lead after-action reviews to document and share insights gained.
  • Collaborate across functions to assess technical, system, and process enhancements.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Deep conceptual and practical knowledge in the marketing discipline.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness.
