Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations of patients at the center.
- Establish and oversee an appropriate level of medical care for patients.
- Maintain essential clinical competencies.
- Ensure adherence to all licensing, certification, and accreditation standards.
- Engage with employers to address health and safety requirements and perform on-site assessments.
- Communicate regularly with client representatives regarding employee health status and treatment updates.
- In the absence of the Center Medical Director, provide leadership and support to other medical personnel to fulfill Concentra's mission.
- Deliver a compassionate and exceptional patient experience, regardless of patient volume.
- Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a dynamic environment.
Important Qualifications
- Possess a current, unrestricted medical license in the relevant state.
- Hold an unrestricted DEA license for the applicable state.
- Earned a medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.

Compensation
