**Job Description**

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Guest Services Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our conference center.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise Guest Services Support Staff to ensure 24/7 coverage
  • Coordinate registration functions and transportation for all guests
  • Train Front Desk/Concierge personnel using established training programs
  • Oversee front desk and concierge tasks to provide world-class service
  • Ensure proper execution of Lobby Ambassador Program

**Requirements:**

  • Strong knowledge of personal computers and software applications
  • Experience in guest services or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Compensation:**

The estimated salary for this position is $23.00 per hour, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
