Guest Experience Coordinator

**Job Description**
Aramark is seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Guest Services Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our conference center.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise Guest Services Support Staff to ensure 24/7 coverage
- Coordinate registration functions and transportation for all guests
- Train Front Desk/Concierge personnel using established training programs
- Oversee front desk and concierge tasks to provide world-class service
- Ensure proper execution of Lobby Ambassador Program
**Requirements:**
- Strong knowledge of personal computers and software applications
- Experience in guest services or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
**Compensation:**
The estimated salary for this position is $23.00 per hour, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
