Front Desk Coordinator

The Hospitality Worker II is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. This includes greeting and providing customer service to guests, booking reservations, and operating a register and/or software system.
Key Performance Indicators:- Guest satisfaction ratings
- Reservation accuracy and timeliness
- Cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Communication and teamwork skills
The estimated hourly rate for this position is $17.60, with opportunities for bonuses or commissions based on performance. Aramark offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching.
Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous guest services experience
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
