Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for technology, a solid grasp of subscription-based business models, and proven sales development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales teams and representatives in executing outbound strategies and generating leads.
  • Identify and understand the ideal customer profile, utilizing various outreach methods such as social media, email, and phone to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Engage with prospects, facilitating introductions and coordinating follow-ups with sales representatives.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for potential business opportunities, guiding prospects through the next steps.
  • Maintain thorough documentation, tracking, and communication with both internal teams and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a strong social media presence.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Proven capability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team, consistently making outreach efforts.
  • A strong work ethic coupled with a desire to learn and forge new connections with potential clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to collaborate in a competitive landscape.
  • A passion for continuous learning and improvement, aligned with our mission to assist customers.
  • A solid understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to effectively build rapport with prospects.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, Office 365) and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) frameworks is essential.
