About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at AlphaGraphics Knox Street. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing print, sign, apparel, promo, mailing, design, and marketing projects from estimation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in selecting print, sign, apparel, and promo solutions that meet their needs and budget.
  • Manage inbound phone calls, directing them appropriately to ensure timely and effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to ensure accurate pricing and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide estimates for clients, sales representatives, and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Follow up with clients via email regarding estimates and project status.
  • Coordinate signage site surveys as required to ensure accurate measurements and installation.
  • Conduct face-to-face consultations with walk-in clients as necessary to provide personalized service and solutions.
  • Manage email, phone, and web orders, progressing them through the production pipeline to ensure timely delivery.
  • Cover for absent staff members, both in-person and remotely, to ensure seamless service and support.
  • Promptly respond to client and staff inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective communication.
  • Distribute marketing materials and thank-you cards as needed to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify and relay larger business opportunities to management for further development and growth.
  • Address client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Reactive inactive accounts to ensure timely and effective communication and service.
Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven sales ability across a comprehensive product range, with a strong understanding of print, sign, and marketing solutions.
  • Commitment to meeting client needs to the best of one's ability, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and managers to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in standard computer software applications, including CRM systems and marketing tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software platforms and technologies, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Minimum one year sales experience required, with a strong understanding of print, sign, and marketing solutions.
