Inside Channel Account Manager

Nozomi Networks is seeking a highly skilled Inside Channel Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through our channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to discuss performance, provide updates, and address any issues.
  • Provide forecasts to management on deals and bookings expected.
  • Assist channel partners in achieving their sales targets by providing product information, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver sales enablement materials and campaigns tailored to channel partners.
  • Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations and technical assistance.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the partner network and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Work with partners to develop joint business plans and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure partners have the resources they need.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish with a strong preference for Portuguese.
  • Proven sales experience in technology software or information security.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through channel partners.
  • Experience with SFDC, Impartner, Clari, or equivalent systems.
  • Experience in a start-up technology company preferred.
  • High Performer who goes above and beyond.
  • Ability to work effectively as a remote employee.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with partners, colleagues, and customers on a daily basis.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
What We Offer:

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $93K to $135K. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position, taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education, and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company's equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

In addition, eligible employees are able to enroll in a 401(k) plan along with the employer matching program. Nozomi Networks also offers eligible employees flexible paid time off, paid holidays, and paid parental leave.
