Position Summary

We are seeking a meticulous Operations Clerk to become part of our dynamic team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will support the Facilities Supervisor in overseeing daily operational tasks, including event assistance, storage management, deliveries, relocations, and office transitions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in facilities management within a vibrant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Storage Management:

  • Maintain organized and clearly labeled office storage areas.
  • Conduct regular inventory assessments and update records as necessary.
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill storage needs.

Delivery Coordination:

  • Receive and allocate deliveries to the correct departments.
  • Assist with office relocations and manage logistics for shipments.

Office Transition Support:

  • Aid in the planning and execution of significant office relocations.
  • Develop comprehensive relocation plans and timelines to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Coordinate with movers and other departments to ensure a smooth transition.

General Assistance:

  • Promptly address inquiries related to facilities.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  • Support screenings and events as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in facilities management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).

Work Environment

  • This position is based onsite in our Los Angeles office, with potential evening or weekend commitments for events or relocations.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this role ranges from $20.00 to $23.00, with additional benefits and bonuses available. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience and other factors.
