Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Administrative Marketing Specialist to provide essential support to our Marketing Department.

The role encompasses a variety of administrative tasks aimed at ensuring the effective functioning of marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing daily operations, coordinating marketing efforts, and contributing to diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Oversee calendars, arrange meetings, and manage communications for the marketing team.
  • Project Coordination: Aid in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Data Management: Keep marketing databases, spreadsheets, and reports current and organized.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to support marketing activities.
  • Document Preparation: Create presentations, reports, and various marketing materials.
  • Office Management: Procure office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries and provide assistance to clients and customers as required.
  • Social Media Support: Assist in managing and updating the company's social media platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional credentials in marketing or business administration are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant or in a comparable role, ideally within a marketing context.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and social media platforms is a plus.

Compensation:

$20-$25 per hour.

Compensation may vary based on various factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this position will commence on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable law.
