About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Management Coordinator to join our team at Disability Solutions. As an Account Management Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of strategic and creative development, production, and evaluation for our social good campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Account Team: Provide administrative support to the account team, including coordinating meetings, scheduling, and communication with clients and vendors.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in the management of campaign development, including maintaining accurate budgets, financial records, and vendor agreements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate workflow between clients, partner agencies, and vendors by scheduling meetings, coordinating reviews of campaign materials, and aggregating feedback.
  • Media and Marketing: Draft and coordinate media marketing and promotional materials for campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the cross-functional team to analyze and report on real-time campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of account or project management experience, preferably in advertising and marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, and strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
