**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at DEKA Research & Development. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex electro-mechanical devices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components with mechanical and software systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in development, testing, and validation of high-complexity products. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required, and proficiency in Altium or similar CAD software is essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of $135,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off. **Responsibilities Include:**

  • Design and develop electrical systems for complex medical devices.

  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on design techniques, best practices, and industry standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on medical device development.
  • Strong understanding of electrical circuit design, simulation, and testing.
  • Proficiency in Altium or similar CAD software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
