Role Summary:
We are in search of a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Account-Based Marketing to lead our ABM initiatives, which are vital to our vertical SaaS go-to-market strategy. This position is key in executing targeted and proactive marketing strategies for our major accounts. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to strategically engage our target accounts, opening opportunities and driving business closure. We seek an individual who proactively reaches out to prospects with impactful, tailored marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- ABM Strategy Formulation: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to craft and enhance the ABM strategy for Fieldguide's key accounts, concentrating on high-priority clients and prospects in the audit, advisory, and risk management sectors.
- Campaign Implementation: Design, execute, and refine multi-channel ABM campaigns, including personalized content, email outreach, direct mail, digital advertising, webinars, and events, customized to address the specific needs and challenges of each target account.
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to pinpoint target accounts, develop account-specific marketing strategies, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of personalized content and messaging for key accounts, including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and other materials that resonate with decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Technology Utilization: Employ ABM tools and platforms (e.g., 6Sense, HubSpot) to manage and optimize campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with Fieldguide's overall marketing technology ecosystem.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with product marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to maintain consistency in messaging and maximize the impact of ABM initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to grasp the needs, challenges, and trends within the target sectors, ensuring that Fieldguide's ABM efforts are informed by the latest industry insights.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports on ABM campaign performance, including ROI analysis, to key stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 3-4 years specifically focused on Account-Based Marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, or similar platforms.
- Experience in vertical SaaS is advantageous.
