About the Role
We're seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Senior Account Based Marketing Manager to spearhead our ABM initiatives. This role is critical in driving targeted marketing efforts for our key accounts and playing a key part in our vertical SaaS GTM strategy. You'll work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to surround and engage with our target accounts strategically, opening opportunities and closing business. We're looking for someone who's proactive and eager to get in front of our target audience with impactful, personalized marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the ABM strategy for Fieldguide's target accounts, focusing on top-tier clients and prospects in the audit, advisory, and risk management sectors.
- Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns, including personalized content, email marketing, direct mail, digital advertising, webinars, and events, tailored to the specific needs and pain points of each target account.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts, develop account-specific marketing plans, and ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales goals.
- Develop and oversee the creation of personalized content and messaging for key accounts, including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and other collateral that resonates with decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and refine strategies based on performance insights.
- Leverage ABM tools and platforms to manage and optimize campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with Fieldguide's broader marketing tech stack.
- Partner with product marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and to maximize the impact of ABM initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing research to understand the needs, challenges, and trends within the target verticals, ensuring that Fieldguide's ABM efforts are informed by the latest industry insights.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports on ABM campaign performance, including ROI analysis, to key stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3-4 years focused specifically on Account-Based Marketing.
- Experience with Marketing tools such as Hubspot, 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus or similar.
- Vertical SaaS experience a plus.
