About the Role:
As a Regional Growth Leader at Zen Educate Limited, you will be responsible for defining and executing a growth strategy for a new region, driving revenue growth and building a high-performing team of Account Managers. Your mission will be to delight schools and increase their usage of our educators and software, while fostering strategic partnerships with education leaders and key district accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and set ambitious revenue targets for your region
• Own the overall end-to-end delivery of a new city, including planning, hiring, people management, launch, and execution
• Build a high-performing team of Account Managers responsible for delighting schools and increasing their usage of our educators and software
• Collaborate with Product, Educator Onboarding, Marketing, Compliance, and Sales teams to ensure your city and team's success
• Foster strategic partnerships with education leaders and key district accounts

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
• Mastery of managing a portfolio of customer accounts
• Passion for education and a strong bias to action
• Ability to act with urgency and roll up your sleeves to get the job done
