Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

United Franchise Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our franchise sales efforts in a specific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing the franchise sales process, working closely with the Regional Vice President and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Presents franchise brand offerings to potential franchisees through virtual meetings and in-person store tours.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with existing franchisees in the assigned region.
  • Researches and locates suitable franchise store rental locations.
  • Collaborates with the Regional Vice President to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Sells new and resale franchises to prospects on a daily basis.
  • Travels regularly to meet with prospects and attend franchise shows across the country and internationally.
  • Works with business brokers and consultants to identify potential franchisees.
  • Analyzes sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, online video conferencing software, and Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Eligible driver's license and valid automobile insurance.
  • Credit card with an available credit limit to cover reimbursable business travel expenses.
  • Strong background in sales and business operations, with a focus on franchise development.
  • Ability to travel an average of 50-75% of the time and have available and reliable transportation.
