Job Summary:

The Regional Vice President, UHNW is responsible for driving growth and expansion of our RIA referral platform. This role requires a proven ability to identify, initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with ultra-high net worth prospects, with a focus on driving sales momentum for our financial planning teams.

  • Proven ability to close UHNW wealth management prospects
  • Seamless integration with client relationship building process and business development activities between sales and wealth management teams
  • Comfortable working with prospects in person or remotely

  • Effective pipeline management through organized outreach, local events, and meetings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience in the financial services industry with demonstrated experience engaging UHNW clients
  • Series 65 or combination of Series 7 and Series 66 license required, unless candidate holds one of the following credentials: CFP, ChFC, PFS, CFA, or CIC
  • Comprehensive industry and investment management knowledge
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills
  • Proven time management and organizational skills in high-volume, high-energy environments
  • Experience determining needs of partners and prospects through probing questions, offering solutions, and asking for right actions
  • Strong computer aptitude with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to travel up to 30-40%
