About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone who is passionate about instructional design, enjoys facilitating connections with both partners and internal teams, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage the Partner Academy, creating comprehensive training and badging programs that empower our agency and technical partners.
- Develop and deliver business, technical, and developer guides to support the rollout of Recharge's multi-product strategy.
- Build facilitation plans to support Recharge's partner managers, focusing on the technical aspects of integrating Recharge APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
- Continuously assess and optimize the Partner Journey, identifying opportunities to improve onboarding, enablement, and the overall implementation experience.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure that enablement content is aligned with product updates and partner needs.
- Establish success metrics and report on the effectiveness of partner enablement programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- 8+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, or technical training within a SaaS, fintech, or eCommerce company.
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills, with a proven track record of creating and delivering effective technical training programs.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting JavaScript SDKs and APIs, with the ability to translate technical content into partner-friendly enablement materials.
- Experience developing and executing accreditation programs, ideally for a technical or developer audience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and educate technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms is preferred, but not required.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote-first environment.
- Willingness to travel 25-35% domestically to internal offices and industry events.
