Senior Product Manager

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to join the Alexa Customer Journeys team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for defining and scaling the technical capabilities of our Generative AI assistance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in product management, with a passion for building innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining the technical vision and strategy for our Generative AI assistance
- Developing and managing mechanisms to ensure high-quality delivery at scale
- Representing the voice of the customer through external and internal research
- Collaborating with engineering, applied science, and UX/design teams to advance the state of the art
- Driving adoption, engagement, and experimentation of our products
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical product management, with experience in driving technical decisions and strategy. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
