Client Support Services Associate at Capital Group

In the role of Client Support Services Associate at Capital Group, you will play a crucial part in managing incoming investor communications, efficiently scanning and interpreting various document types for appropriate routing, and accurately classifying and indexing documents within the imaging system for account management.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing investor check re-work queues, handling interoffice correspondence, researching inquiries, and monitoring email accounts for support requests. Additionally, you will assess and interpret various sources to identify work types, establish priorities, and align with company lines of business for precise classification and indexing.

Moreover, you will be tasked with receiving and processing both incoming and outgoing mail from different couriers, as well as delivering and collecting interoffice mail across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a dynamic office setting
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and manage competing priorities
  • Strong customer service orientation, integrity, and accountability for your work
  • Detail-oriented with processes that guarantee accuracy
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • High adaptability and quick learning of new technologies
  • Physical capability to lift and maneuver specified weight ranges

Compensation:

$34,000-$54,400

In addition to a competitive base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn performance and profitability bonuses, along with a retirement plan featuring a 15% contribution from Capital.
