Job Summary

Meta is seeking a seasoned tax professional to join its team, responsible for supporting the development, growth, and expansion of Meta's product offerings and new initiatives globally, with a focus on monetization and platform products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with US and international tax teams to ensure full tax integration
  • Embed with product management organizations to provide tax due diligence in supporting the end-to-end full life cycle of product deployment
  • Work with finance and accounting teams to implement and improve end-to-end tax process and procedures to mitigate risks
  • Provide day-to-day operational guidance and timely address to cross-functional finance and business teams' inquiries
  • Support indirect tax policy initiatives and audits globally
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in tax-related field or industry
  • Experience communicating and presenting tax matters to all levels of business organizations
  • Experience working with and in a cross-functional team
Compensation

$174,000/year to $249,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
