Key Responsibilities

This position is accountable for assisting in the financial planning and management reporting processes within the division. Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing operating income components and reporting significant variances in financial reports.
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly management reporting packages and other business presentations as necessary.
  • Generating ad hoc reports as required.
  • Coordinating and analyzing client billings for accuracy in accordance with agreements.
  • Forecasting balance sheets and free cash flow for budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term plans.
  • Assisting with month-end close and allocation processes.
  • Preparing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans, including related summary commentary and analysis.
  • Maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial plans and analyses.
  • Developing and utilizing templates and models to facilitate business performance analysis.
  • Preparing reports on key business drivers and trends.
  • Striving for continuous improvement in assigned areas.
  • Generating ad hoc analysis reports as needed.
  • Occasionally working outside of standard hours to align with teams based in the U.S.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required, with an MBA or CPA preferred. Relevant experience includes:

  • A minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
  • Robust knowledge of data analysis and data mining tools, including Hyperion Essbase and MS Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong business acumen in economics and finance, with an understanding of operational impacts on financial processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
