Position Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to deliver precise and data-driven insights regarding the organization's profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity. Your role will involve researching and interpreting financial data to assist the organization in making informed decisions, preparing reports, and tracking financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consolidate and evaluate financial information (including budgets and income statement forecasts) in alignment with the organization's objectives and financial health.
2. Propose innovative alternatives and recommendations aimed at cost reduction and enhanced financial performance.
3. Compile and summarize data to create comprehensive reports on financial conditions and risks.
4. Develop financial models, perform benchmarking, and conduct process analysis.
5. Execute business studies on historical, prospective, and comparative performance while formulating forecast models.
6. Identify trends, advise the organization, and recommend actions to senior financial analysts based on thorough analysis.
7. Monitor and assess financial status by comparing actual results with forecasts.
8. Reconcile transactions by verifying and correcting data.
9. Stay updated on industry knowledge to remain informed about advancements in the field.
10. Collaborate with management to guide and influence long-term strategic decision-making across a broad spectrum.
11. Lead initiatives for process improvement and policy development that affect the financial function.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Analyst.
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and relevant software.
- Exceptional presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and data analysis.
- Well-versed in current financial topics, accounting principles, tax regulations, money markets, and business environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
