Manufacturing Technician

Position Summary
- Starting pay of $21 per hour (higher rates available for experienced candidates)
- Work Schedule: 6am – 6:30pm, on a 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend off
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute all tasks related to production machinery safely, prioritizing quality and efficiency.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure the quality and compliance of filled or packaged goods.
- Adjust machine flow, speed, or temperature as necessary.
- Address and reset machines in the event of malfunctions.
- Identify and report any deviations from standard operating procedures, collaborating with the team to find root causes.
- Ensure all products are produced safely by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Accurately complete all required production documentation.
- Maintain consistent, regular, and predictable attendance.
- Work effectively within a team environment, fostering a spirit of collaboration.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic written communication skills are necessary.
- Fundamental computer skills are required.
- Basic math skills are essential.
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with sanitation, GMP, and allergen handling processes is a plus.
- Prior experience with production documentation is beneficial.
