About the Role

Tubi is seeking a highly skilled Technology and Executive Support Technician to join our team in New York. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, including C-Level Executives and their support staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on support for desktop hardware, software, mobile, audio/visual, and networking issues
  • Be proactive in identifying problems and areas of improvement to reduce end-user downtime
  • Work with the Desktop and Executive Support team to provide best-in-class support to Executives and their assistants
  • Plan, schedule, and execute computer equipment installations, imaging, upgrades, and replacement projects
  • Provide white glove support during onboarding and offboarding of users
  • Support special events and meetings, including travel as needed
  • Log, update, monitor, and follow up on support requests in the ticketing system
  • Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently and to the required level of quality
  • Procure, image, and deploy Mac and Windows desktops and laptops using the current Tubi imaging toolset
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and security best practices
  • Train employees on current and new technologies
  • Work directly with the Technology team on special projects, including new technology deployment and cybersecurity initiatives
  • Support remote access and cloud technologies
  • Serve as a liaison between Tubi and third-party vendors
  • Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed
Requirements
  • Formal education in a technical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Corporate Help Desk/Desktop Support environment
  • Excellent customer service manner and ability to handle challenging support situations
  • Strong technical knowledge and advanced-level troubleshooting skills
  • Flexibility to work varying hours to support special events and system maintenance windows
  • Detail-oriented to carry out tasks thoroughly with accuracy and consistency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with implementing and supporting enterprise technologies like G-suite, Okta, Slack, Box, Office 365, and its admin functions
  • Good understanding of networks in a corporate environment
  • Experience supporting multiple platforms of desktops and mobile devices
  • Knowledge of IOT, automation systems, networking, AV, and infosec best practices
What We Offer

Tubi offers a competitive salary range of $86,000 to $115,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
