Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Windows 10 and MacOS environments.
- Interface with users to resolve desktop and laptop issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot smartphones.
- Set up and maintain users with functional desktop equipment, ensuring appropriate access to applications, software suites, and domain access.
- Provide end-user support across the entire campus, requiring frequent outdoor walking to visit various locations.
- Track and manage service tickets using ServiceNow.
- Report any challenges or roadblocks to the Manager promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while working independently and unsupervised.
- Experience troubleshooting in both Windows 10 and MacOS environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
- Ability to work professionally and maturely in an unsupervised setting.
- Friendly and customer-service-focused demeanor.
- Comfortable with outdoor walking and traveling across large studio locations.
- Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system is a plus.
