About the Role

TalentFish is seeking a dedicated Technology Support Specialist. This role is focused on delivering technology solutions and support to clients, managing daily IT operations, and facilitating technology for meetings and events. The Specialist will also engage in IT projects aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency and delivering exceptional service.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • A minimum of 3 years in customer support related to business solutions, software, hardware, and networking;
  • Experience in LAN, WAN, and network systems support and management;
  • Proficient in configuring, installing, and maintaining client PC operating systems;
  • Experience in professional services or law firm environments is advantageous;
  • Expertise in Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suite;
  • Proficient in Service Now and EMS conference room reservation systems;
  • Strong knowledge of remote access technologies (Citrix, VPN) and mobile technologies (iOS, iPad OS);
  • Familiarity with Document Management Systems (iManage/Work 10) and data security principles;
  • Project management skills and a solid understanding of customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary technical resource for clients, providing timely assistance and quality solutions;
  • Support meeting technology including video conferences and presentations;
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective scheduling and execution of events;
  • Maintain software standards in line with departmental protocols;
  • Work with IT teams to resolve software and hardware issues efficiently;
  • Ensure operational availability of office technology;
  • Manage asset tracking to maintain accurate records of company resources;
  • Utilize call tracking systems to manage service requests effectively;
  • Engage in IT initiatives and promote user training for software;
  • Support mobile device management and remote access tools;
  • Coordinate planned and unplanned service events, ensuring proper communication with IT groups;
  • Adhere to data security policies and regulations to protect company information;
  • Be prepared to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
