Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Expert to join our team at Ulta Beauty, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our guests, and driving sales growth through expert product knowledge and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized makeup consultations and demonstrations to guests, showcasing our extensive range of products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our guests, understanding their individual needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and services, sharing your expertise with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales goals, promoting our products and services through effective communication and demonstration.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in the beauty industry.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or demonstrator license preferred.
  • Previous experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
