ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking skilled professionals in Sales, Artistry, and Education to elevate our presence in key retail locations across the United States. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and education, preferably within the cosmetics sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive retail sales performance in assigned locations.
  • Identify training opportunities for Beauty Advisors during store visits.
  • Focus on significant retail events and maintain a standard work schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Share artistry techniques to reinforce the brand's heritage during client interactions.
  • Organize and execute weekly events, with a minimum of two per week.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
  • Enhance product sales in key categories.
  • Exemplify best practices in sales, training, and artistry.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train freelance team members.
  • Plan and participate in special events and training sessions.
  • Provide valuable consumer insights to the leadership team.
  • Coordinate updates and replacements of store fixtures with operations teams.
  • Implement retailer programs and promotional activities.
  • Adhere to budgetary guidelines.
  • Manage freelance support scheduling effectively.
  • Travel may be required within the designated territory.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the cosmetics industry with strong artistry skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years in cosmetic sales within a Specialty-Multi environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about the Patrick Ta Beauty brand.
  • Collaborative team player with proactive engagement.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with leadership capabilities to inspire freelance teams.
  • Proven track record in cosmetics sales.

  • Ability to commute within the assigned territory.
