About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Kohl's. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and identify their beauty needs to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products to ensure expert knowledge and advice.
  • Execute visual merchandising and operational standards to maintain a high-quality shopping environment.
  • Support inventory management and replenishment to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and promote Sephora at Kohl's products and services.
Requirements
  • Authentic passion for beauty and a client-centric approach.
  • Previous retail or service industry experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
