About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Expert to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our brand's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales and service goals for the MAC brand, including color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service, offering samples, and recommending complementary products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and trends, and be able to communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Store Standards: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the MAC brand area and other assigned areas.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or demonstrator license preferred.
  • Experience: Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products, and service; ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
  • Frequent mobility during shift.
  • Frequent standing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, and twisting during shift.
  • Continuous lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs. during shift.
  • Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects during shift.
