Qualifications Required:

  • MD, DO, or equivalent international degree
  • Completion of an accredited residency training program

  • Fellowship training in Cornea, Glaucoma, or Anterior Segment is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certifications
