Qualifications Required:
- MD, DO, or equivalent international degree
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Eligibility for licensure in the State of Pennsylvania
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in ophthalmology
- Fellowship training in Cornea, Glaucoma, or Anterior Segment is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certifications
