Job Title: Account Manager

Amcor plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to achieve sales growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to address sales performance gaps and improve sales results.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and revenue achievement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
