DC Group Inc. is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This role offers a competitive salary of $26.44-$36.06/hour, plus a robust uncapped commission structure.

About the Role

This Enterprise Sales Professional position will be responsible for working through the entire sales cycle from outreach to contract signature, maintaining and growing their book of business, and becoming a subject matter expert to find solutions that fit customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and cold-calling
  • Become proficient in Salesforce to manage Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, and Tasks
  • Work with customers on contract changes, additions, and renewals
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • 2 years business-to-business sales experience
  • Motivated to create new business
  • Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
