Sales Leadership Role

This individual contributor role comes with significant responsibilities, including leading and executing all sales activity for assigned products and applications within a defined territory. You'll partner with our sales leadership team to develop and execute plans aligned with sales goals and function as a subject matter expert on assigned product suites and applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives within assigned territories.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and direction to advance and transition sales opportunities.
  • Leverage knowledge of quality-of-care reporting, benchmarking, and data analytics to improve care outcomes.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their prospecting and sales skills.
  • Communicate weekly results and performance metrics to ensure alignment with sales pipeline, cycle time, market share, and win-loss ratios.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience selling healthcare technology products or services.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and SaaS or subscription-based software sales is preferred.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is also desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is required.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $49,723 - $90,000 USD, commensurate with experience. Inovalon is committed to providing a comprehensive compensation package that reflects the value we place on our employees' contributions.
