Job Responsibilities:- Generate leads for the company through cold calling efforts and outbound prospect qualification.
- Manage and maintain a prospect database ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Build a deep pipeline of future acquisition opportunities.
- Work closely with the business development team to generate and qualify new leads as well as closing transactions.
- Assist in marketing campaigns for Superior Insurance Services.
- Manage outbound mailing programs and track response rates.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Experience in cold and warm calling small business owners.
- Inside sales experience or strong desire to move into sales.
- Prior experience within an insurance organization is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a leadership approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner.
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
- Local to the Greater Chicago, IL area.
- Insurance Services industry or multi-site company experience.
