Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the company's business. This role will involve providing excellent service, managing customer relationships, and interacting with various facets of the company and our partner carriers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the insurance industry and existing wholesale broker relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company's business.
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Interact with various facets of the company and our partner carriers.
- Assist with event planning and marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to meet organizational goals.
- 2+ years of work experience in insurance, business development, insurance sales, or marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Business.
- Available to travel up to 30%.
- Strong computer/technology/systems skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision.
- Critical attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
