Account Executive Sales and Account Management Professional

As a key member of the AlphaStaff team, the Account Management and Sales Executive will work closely with underwriting and implementation to manage and renew all AlphaStaff Master Clients. This position will interact with the assigned book of business, carriers, AlphaStaff Underwriting Team, and the Benefit Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Master New Business:
- Review and scrub CPQ data for RFP submissions to our Master vendors.
- Submit medical proposals to clients, including supplemental and GAP comparisons.
- Collaborate with the Sales team for new business presentations.
- Conduct open enrollment meetings as the assigned A/E MetLife NY Disability representative.
- Submit requests to add clients to the DBL policy.
- Maintain a spreadsheet with updated client information.
Additional Duties:
- Update and maintain marketing materials for the Masters.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have an active 215 insurance license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce.
