As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth and expansion across existing accounts, developing strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to capitalize on market trends and achieve operational efficiencies
  • Work closely with senior management to identify product strategies and conduct competitor assessments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing insight and solutions to drive business growth

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience selling technology solutions and a strong understanding of how technology products solve business problems
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide insight to senior management
  • Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management
  • 0-2 years of outside sales experience

Compensation and Benefits:

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $133,450 - $172,700 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split). Our benefits package includes a range of perks and support for your overall well-being.
