Job Summary

RPM Development Group is seeking a highly skilled Resident Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our housing development team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, managing incoming inquiries, and assisting with the general management of our apartment developments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of operating software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Assist with the general management of apartment developments, including maintaining orderly file rooms and processing re-certifications.
  • Conduct market studies to ensure our rents are competitive with comparable properties.
  • Share best practices with colleagues and partner with other departments to achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of operating software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus.
