Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Store Leadership Development Program as a Manager In Training. As a Manager In Training, you will work closely with our Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success and develop the skills required to effectively supervise the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet personal sales goals and motivate others to drive store sales performance.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that others follow suit.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment in the store.
  • Process customer transactions and other register functions while adhering to company cash handling policies.

Requirements:

  • One + year(s) successful retail experience and High School diploma (Post-Secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, promoting effective sales and customer relations.
  • Ability to coordinate activities of others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
