Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Wavves Logistics Llc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, site visits, and solution-focused sales approaches
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
