Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with both new and existing clients to identify their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, availability, and terms.
  • Draft service contracts for secured orders, providing pricing, credit terms, and bid specifications using Salesforce for processing.
  • Highlight service features based on customer needs analysis and technical knowledge of service capabilities.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms for service agreements.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer records.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and promote service offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to close deals.
  • Participate in sales forecasting and strategic planning sessions.
  • Effectively manage assigned sales budgets.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to address customer concerns.
  • Foster professional communication with all staff and clients, adhering to established guidelines.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or a High School/Trade School Diploma (or equivalent) combined with 3-5 years of experience in a sales/service role is required.
