Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with both new and existing clients to identify their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, availability, and terms.
- Draft service contracts for secured orders, providing pricing, credit terms, and bid specifications using Salesforce for processing.
- Highlight service features based on customer needs analysis and technical knowledge of service capabilities.
- Negotiate pricing and terms for service agreements.
- Maintain comprehensive customer records.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and promote service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to close deals.
- Participate in sales forecasting and strategic planning sessions.
- Effectively manage assigned sales budgets.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to address customer concerns.
- Foster professional communication with all staff and clients, adhering to established guidelines.
- Work alongside the business development team to identify potential clients.
- Engage with colleagues to share insights on sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or a High School/Trade School Diploma (or equivalent) combined with 3-5 years of experience in a sales/service role is required.
