Job Overview

Air Force 1 HVAC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC General Manager and COO to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of HVAC professionals to deliver high-quality services and meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage and oversee the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC management, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
