Position Overview: This role primarily supports the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment and sourcing of new candidate leads through strategic and diverse sourcing methods. As a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging the best passive talent for our organization by understanding our strategic hiring needs, possessing in-depth geographic and market knowledge, and building strong relationships with potential candidates. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. This position collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support external talent pipelines and strengthen our workforce. Additionally, you will contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement, innovative solutions, and diversity recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, or 3+ years of sourcing experience in a corporate recruiting environment.
  • Experience in executive pipeline development, cold calling, sourcing for challenging roles, and utilizing assessment tools.
  • Proficient in candidate marketing and branding, social networking, and employment market research.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure sourcing effectiveness.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a disciplined approach.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct searches on traditional job boards and ATS while identifying new talent sourcing methods.
  • Collaborate with TA and HR leaders to develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with overall TA goals.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as conversion rates and candidate engagement.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on innovative sourcing strategies and best practices.
  • Engage in social networking and share insights on effective sourcing techniques.
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Partners in identifying top talent and meeting critical hiring deadlines.
  • Document all sourcing activities within the ATS system, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Promote our brand and ensure professional representation of our organization.
