We are currently in search of a Maintenance Specialist to enhance our teams at various apartment communities.
Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the aesthetic and functional integrity of the property, ensuring an exceptional living experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the property for necessary repairs or replacements
Address work requests for common areas and individual units
Conduct preventative maintenance across the property
Evaluate and repair appliances as required
Assist in preparing vacant units for incoming residents
Participate in occasional on-call duties (compensation provided for after-hours callbacks)
Establish and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience preferred
Experience with HVAC and EPA regulations preferred
CPO certification is a plus
A valid driver's license and insurance may be necessary
