Position Overview: Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive experience for our guests by efficiently handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to inquiries related to our services, and confirming reservations. You will provide exceptional service while employing effective sales techniques to promote our offerings in a high-energy, high-volume setting. Your service will align with our organization's core values and mission.

This position operates on a schedule from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, with three weekdays off.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least six months of experience in reservations, guest service, customer service, or within a full-service hotel environment.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English clearly.

  • Familiarity with word processing, databases, and email software.
  • Comfortable using computers and technology.
