Position Overview: This role primarily supports the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting and sourcing new candidate leads through strategic and diverse sourcing methods. As a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging the best passive talent for our organization by understanding our strategic hiring needs, possessing in-depth market knowledge, building relationships with potential candidates, and advocating for candidates during the initial recruitment phase. This position directly influences the enhancement and maintenance of an exceptional candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support external talent pipelines and strengthen our workforce. Additionally, you will contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement, innovative solutions, and diversity recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or 3+ years in a sourcing role within a corporate recruitment setting, professional search, or staffing agency.
- Experience in executive/professional pipeline development, cold calling, sourcing for challenging roles, and utilizing assessment tools.
- Proficient in candidate and company branding, social networking, employment market research, and implementing new sourcing methods.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a disciplined work style and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with social media tools and internet employment advertising, emphasizing diversity recruitment.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, ATS, HRIS, and other relevant systems.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough searches on job boards and ATS while identifying innovative talent sourcing methods.
- Collaborate with TA and HR leaders to develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with overall recruitment goals.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, including conversion rates and candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies.
- Stay informed about employment market trends and best practices in sourcing.
- Engage in social networking and provide expertise on effective sourcing through these channels.
- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and lead their implementation.
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners in identifying top talent and meeting critical hiring deadlines.
- Document all sourcing activities within the ATS, adhering to established guidelines.
- Promote the organization's brand and ensure professional representation in all recruitment efforts.
